Orders are generally dispatched for delivery within 2 business day. However depending on the roaster and coffee bean variety some orders may take 3-5 business days to dispatch. This is to ensure that you receive your beans as fresh as possible. If you require your order urgently please contact us first to confirm we can do next day dispatch.
For Reserve Now orders if you order additional coffee beans or gifts these will be shipped with your Reserve Now order as per the shipping date. If you would like your other order shipped prior please place on a seperate order or contact us to arrange for an additional shipping payment.
For our Perth Metro customers you should receive your order within 2-3 business days and 1 business day for Express Post. For more detailed express post conditions please list Australia Post website.
For our national and regional customers your deliveries should arrive in 5-8 business days (some remote locations maybe longer).
***CHRISTMAS DAY SHIPPING***
If you would like your Christmas Day order to arrive with the freshest beans you can request a delivery for the week leading into Christmas Day. Simply write Christmas Day gift in the notes section when ordering.
Perth Metro order by the 17th December 2019 23.59hrs WST so that your order will arrive in time for Christmas Day. Perth Regional and Interstate order by 12 December 2019 so that your order can arrive in time for Father's Day.
Please choose express post if you order after these times to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Please note some remote locations may take longer than 5 business days to deliver and after dispatch Perth Coffee Exchange has no control over orders and as such cannot guarantee delivery times. If you are in a remote part of regional Australia please allow extra time.

Perth metro your order will be shipped via Australia Post or by Perth Coffee Exchange delivery. For Perth regional and interstate your order will be shipped with Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch.
After your order has been delivered Perth Coffee Exchange holds no responsibility for damage or stolen goods. Whilst every effort is made to ship your order in the quickest possible time factors outside of our control may delay your delivery.
All of our beans are roasted to the highest quality by the roasters and we know you will enjoy them as much as we do. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please let us know and we will make sure you get your coffee fix that you are after.
All products sourced have been tested and have created many cups of delicious coffee. If you are experiencing any issues please contact us so that we can make sure you are brewing quality cups of coffee every time.
Please note we cannot refund just because you change your mind.
Incorrect payments caused by unforeseen technical errors during the order process will need to be amended prior to orders being dispatched. Perth Coffee Exchange will issue a refund on any over charged amounts and the customer will be liable for any under payments that occur on orders. Errors may affect order quantities, pricing or shipping rates.
