Nestled in the serene La Paz region of Honduras, Finca El Pedrero is a coffee paradise, churning out around 23,000 kilograms of coffee excellence each year. Managed by the coffee virtuoso, Carlos Ernelio Ortiz, the farm boasts a harmonious blend of traditional Honduran coffee varieties and modern, rust-resistant hybrids. 🌳 And as if coffee weren't enough, they also grow lush avocado trees. 🥑
