Yes, depending on availability and options provided, you may be able to customize the items in the gift box. Please contact our customer support team to inquire about customisation options.

3. How can I add a personalized message to the gift box?

During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalised message for Mom. Simply choose if you want “Happy Mother’s Day’, “Something Special” and “Almost Better” Theme and enter your message in the designated field, and we'll make sure it's included with the gift box.

4. Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, our boxes come with a raffia wrap  to make your Mother's Day gift extra special. Simply choose if you want “Happy Mother’s Day’, “Something Special” and “Almost Better” option during checkout for a beautifully raffia wrapped gift box.

5. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, you can specify your preferred delivery date in the order notes during checkout if you are eligible for Local delivery. You can also opt to pick up from our Booragoon location. All other orders will be shipped. We'll do our best to accommodate your request within our shipping timelines.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Currently, our system supports shipping to one address per order. If you need to send gift boxes to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address
