To brew the perfect cup of 1905 Roasting Co. Gateway Blend, we recommend using a pour-over method. This brewing technique allows you to control the water temperature and extraction time, resulting in a nuanced and flavorful cup. Here's a simple guide:
- Grind your 1905 Roasting Co. Gateway Blend to a medium-fine consistency.
- Heat water to around 200°F (93°C).
- Place a filter in your pour-over cone and preheat it with hot water. Discard the preheated water.
- Add your ground coffee to the filter.
- Slowly pour hot water over the grounds in a circular motion, ensuring all the coffee is saturated.
