Grown and processed in Huila, Colombia, La Serrania is not your typical decaffeinated coffee. This lot is made up of Colombia and Caturra trees, grown at 1500 to 1900 MASL, and dried under the Colombian sun on parabolic drying beds. This coffee is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, a derivative of cane sugar, which results in a super clean, sweet, and truly specialty decaf.
