The Birth of Loaded Craft Roasters:
Justin's journey began with the establishment and operation of four successful coffee shops in Perth over many years. However, the frustration of not getting exactly what he wanted from the coffee beans led to the realisation that more control was needed over the entire process. In 2009, he purchased his first coffee roaster, marking the beginning of an enduring relationship with Melbourne Coffee Merchants, one of the most transparent and professional green bean importers in the business. Transparency and direct relationships with farmers became the standard, motivating Justin to roast in small batches and personally cup every coffee leaving the warehouse, ensuring only the highest standards are met.
